If you think the service offered does not correspond at all to what has been described on the Partner’s profile and service offer, or if you were concerned about the ability of the Partner to deliver their service, please send us an email with detailed feedback within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will contact our Partner to try to resolve the issue.
