If a customer is late to start its appointment, you can either complete the service and finish it at the agreed time, or you can decide to complete the full duration of the service.
The service industry is all about relationship with customers. Being late might happen to everyone, including our Partners. We invite our Partners to be flexible with the schedule as much as it is possible without impacting their activity.
