Canceling a booking would strongly affect customer confidence in your service offer and in our marketplace. We strongly advise avoiding canceling a booking at all cost.
If you are not able to complete a booking, we invite you to reschedule it as early as possible with the affected customer. Once you propose to reschedule a booking, customers have the option to cancel the booking without any penalty.
While we do not enforce a penalty policy for vendors, we are closely monitoring vendor’s cancellation and rescheduling and will take any action necessary to ensure that those remains exceptional.
