Check the email address you registered on your profile
We might be sending notifications to a wrong email address. Go to your profile, check the email address field and make sure it is correct. If it is incorrect, you can modify it and save the updated information.
Check your notification settings
We only send you the notifications you want to. Go to your profile, then Settings. Make sure you have checked the email notifications you want to receive. Modify your choice, then save.
Check your spam folder
It is possible that your mailbox mistakenly assigned Zowedo emails to your spam or junk mailbox. Once you remove Zowedo emails from your spam folder, future email sent by Zowedo will be visible in your general mailbox.
