Partners can set their own rescheduling and cancellation policy. The policy is highlighted when you confirm the booking. Please make sure you read and understand the policy before processing a booking.
If you are eligible for a rescheduling or cancellation, you will be able to process the rescheduling from our website or be refunded according to the selected cancellation policy. Depending on when you initiate the rescheduling, you may either be able to reschedule directly from our website or you may have to ask the vendor to authorise you to reschedule.
