This guarantee applies only to Zowedo Aircon Direct Booking offer. The guarantee below does not apply to aircon service booking made directly with a partner of Zowedo.
If the customer is not satisfied with the Aircon Service completed, Zowedo will arrange with the same partner to re-perform the applicable service.
In order to be eligible for the Guarantee, the Customer must submit the Claim within thirty days (30) days of the date the Aircon Service was completed.
Zowedo’s team will investigate the issue with the customer and partner to define the best course of action to rectify the issue.
If the Customer elects to have the service re-performed and the Customer is still not satisfied with the service after it has been re-performed, Zowedo will provide the Reimbursement to the Customer by bank transfer to the bank account details as provided by the Customer.
Zowedo reserves its right to reject a Guarantee Claim if multiple claims are made in an abusive or disproportionate manner.
